About SEISA

You have entered the website dedicated to the promotion of organized interscholastic sailing competition at the high school level in the South East District of the Interscholastic Sailing Association (ISSA). SEISA stands for South East Interscholastic Sailing Association. The South East District includes the western panhandle of Florida, southern Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma. SEISA is one of seven ISSA districts in the United States.

During each sailing season, SEISA member teams and their associated clubs will host clinics and regattas culminating in qualifiers leading to the three national championships for high school sailors. The Cressy Cup is the National Singlehanded Championship, sailed in Lasers. The Mallory Cup is the National Doublehanded Championship typically sailed in 420s or FJs. The Baker Cup is the National Team Racing Championship, also sailed in doublehanded boats.
